This house (built in 2001) by the beach with a far view to the West in a top location of Marco Island - a non-smoker house, besides a personal German-speaking on-location-service (7 days a week) offers:

  • 2 bedrooms (master suites) each with its own bathroom

  • Altogether 3 - 4 bedrooms for max. 6 persons, 3 bathrooms, walk-in closets, dining room, 2 living rooms, office (with additional sleeping accommodation = 4th bedroom), kitchen, store room, dining area, spacious roofed terrace, ample sun-bathing areas, 4 comfortable sunbeds, 2 glass tables, big dining table with 6 (+2) chairs, double garage and heated pool with waterfall, additional shower on the terrace. The entire terrace-, and pool area is protected by a thin wire cage against bugs (mosquitos, flies) for undisturbed vacation pleasure. Washing machine, dryer and dish washer are available. A large Weber-brazier on the terrace. Cozy furnishing with many accessoires and pictures. Fully equipped kitchen.

  • The roomy living room by the canal offers an all-day-long breathtaking view over the palm-lined canals. In the evenings you can enjoy the sunset over the palm trees from the living room. At night a beautiful panorama unfolds with the illuminated hotels in the background, that are lining the beach of Marco.

  • A huge Sony-TV, a DVD-player (no PAL-format, e.g. for purchased movies - your own recorded DVDs can be played.), CD-changer for 50 CDs, soundsystem, receiver. Additional Sony-TV in the master bedroom and in the third bedroom.

  • A high speed-internet connection is available in the office. If you bring your laptop, you can install a high speed-internet connection free of charge including free flat rate. There are alternatively eight free computers available at the library, which is only a two to three minutes drive away. That's where you can get movies as well.

  • Deutsche Welle is available: at 9 a. m. and at intervals German news followed by moderated segments, alternating with the same segments in English.

  • The interior décor of the house is tailored to the personal taste of the owners, as it is not just a mere rental object. The decoration is partially kept in a West Indian style. The contrast of light walls and dark furniture gives the house a particular note. The interior decoration was carried out by the leading designer furniture store in Naples.

  • Both public beaches, the tennis courts, golf courses, or shopping centers are just a few minutes away. It takes an about 20 minutes drive to Naples.

Marco Beach NorthThere is a public north-, and south beach with parking lots. For tenants of this house a parking permit for a minimal fee can be issued by Marco Island, to visit the Owners Beach during the rental period. This wide sand beach is reserved for local residents only. The beach is guarded and not accessible by normal tourists. Short term tenants, however, receive (upon presentation of the lease contract) a "passage permit" without parking rights only (*) . Therefore it is recommendable to visit the nearby public beaches.

(*) Permits up to 2 weeks including parking admission for the owners-beach on request. For long stays from 2 months onward a permit can be obtained locally upon pesentation of the lease contract.

  • The house is perfectly suitable for two families with its living space of over 200 sq.m up to max. 6 persons, because it has two bedrooms each with its private bathroom and walk-in closet, and an additional bedroom with bathroom and an office usable as bedroom (1 person).

  • Capacity: max. 6 persons.

  • This concept planned by the owner distinguishes the house from almost any other houses of this kind in Florida.

  • Dogs and other pets are not allowed.

On-location-service

The transaction will be processed on location by a German agent (licenced in America), who is selfemployed and can always be reached seven days a week.
